how to keep going....
how to keep going
u know sometimes in life we get tired..or dull...we should make ourselves cheerful..how .. don't allow ur mind to wander any stupid thoughts or don't leave iut idle.some practical steps adopted by me....1.Call a friend...2.Stay tuned to music..3.take rest..i.e relax ur whole body and mind...i.e ..lie domn flat in the bed or mat cound down from 100 to 1 slowly with ur eyes closed...u will experience the beautiful feeling..u can feel it only if u try it out...if u folks have better ideas please do let me know...lets enjoy life and throw away boredom from our life....
